Suman Menon

Suman Menon is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and strategic planning across the technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of Go-To-Market Operations for EMEA at Red Hat since May 2019, Suman has held various leadership roles overseeing operations, customer success, and services. Prior experience includes roles at Micro Focus as Global Director for Strategy and Planning, where responsibility included managing revenues post-acquisition of HPE Software, and significant contributions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where achievements included improving EMEA's revenue contribution and client retention rates. Suman co-founded Makmal Consulting, focusing on IT consultancy for maritime ports. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BSc in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Sussex.
