Huy Nguyen

Huy Nguyen is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in information technology leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology at Redi Carpet since June 2022, Huy previously held the role of Chief Technology Officer at Weingarten Realty from December 2012 to September 2021, where responsibilities included shaping IT strategy and fostering collaboration with business leaders. Prior to that, Huy worked at IBM as an Enterprise Solutions Architect, focusing on strategic opportunities and technical solutions for major clients in the Oil & Gas and Pharmaceutical sectors. Huy's career began as a Software Developer at various consulting firms, specializing in web and e-commerce solutions utilizing Microsoft technologies. Huy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Management Information Systems from the University of Houston, earned between 1993 and 1996.
