Kim Hayworth

Kim Hayworth, CAM, CAPS, ACoM, currently serves as a Field Account Manager at Redi Carpet since September 2025. Prior to this, Kim held the position of Regional Manager at Greystar from January 2024 to September 2025 and at Bell Partners Inc. from August 2014 to January 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple residential properties and leading team operations. Earlier experience includes managing a 292-unit property with TriBridge Residential from January 2010 to August 2014, as well as significant property management roles at Drucker and Falk, LLC from 2002 to 2009. At Drucker and Falk, Kim managed various operational aspects of a 240-unit property, such as tenant selection, lease management, and budget development, while also providing training and support to teams and receiving multiple awards for marketing excellence. Professional expertise consists of a strong focus on interpersonal communication, relationship development, and comprehensive property management skills utilizing Yardi Software.
