Jaimin Gandhi

Jaimin Gandhi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jaimin co-founded Redi.Health in 2021, a healthcare technology company focused on connecting patients with chronic diseases to patient support programs. Prior to that, they worked at Beam Dental from 2019 to 2021, where they held the roles of Associate Product Manager and Product Owner, responsible for product strategy and software development. Before that, they owned and operated Double O Threads, LLC, a small business specializing in custom apparel. Jaimin also worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2015 to 2019, first as a Software Engineer and later in roles such as Organizational Management Associate and Treasury Sales Analyst. Jaimin was also part of the Corporate Development Program, where they gained experience in project management, process improvement, and data analytics. Additionally, Jaimin worked as a Legal Analyst at Manley Deas Kochalski, LLC and interned at JPMorgan Chase. Jaimin started their career at iMobile Solutions and Best Buy.

Jaimin Gandhi completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The Ohio State University from 2011 to 2015. In 2018, they attended Tech Elevator for a Software Development Bootcamp. Additionally, in October 2019, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance.
