Joe Courtney

Joe Courtney is an experienced accounting professional with a robust background in property and construction accounting. Currently serving as the Assistant Portfolio Controller at REDICO since April 2023, Joe has previously held positions such as Senior Construction Accountant at Corrigan Oil and Property Accountant at REDICO. Joe's extensive career also includes roles as Manager of Property Accounting at City Club Apartments LLC, Senior Accountant and Human Resource Associate at Beztak, and Accounting Manager at Dunham's Sports, among others. Joe began the accounting career at The Accounting Office and briefly worked as a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half Finance & Accounting. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Michigan State University, completed between 1997 and 2001.
