The leadership team at Rediker Software has experience in a variety of industries, including credit unions, turf products, advertising, sales, and market development. They have also worked for a variety of companies, including OrangeScape Technologies, Anvil Cloud Consultants, and Computer Associates. In addition to their work experience, the team has also received education from Westfield State University and Assumption University in areas such as graphic design, psychology, and psychology counseling.
