Rod Carroll is an experienced technical analyst with a strong background in technical support and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Technical Analyst at RedIron since October 2020, Rod previously held positions at Salesforce and Demandware as a Technical Support Principal from September 2016 to October 2020 and January 2015 to September 2016, respectively. Prior experience includes roles at Tomax Corporation, where Rod progressed from Senior Technical Analyst to Technical Support Team Lead and Corporate Trainer from July 1998 to January 2015. Rod began a career at Tomax Technologies in April 1996 as a Quality Assurance Test Analyst. Rod holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from the University of Utah.
