Andy Varshneya

Andy Varshneya has significant experience in marketing operations and strategy. Andy is currently the Sr. Director of Marketing Operations at Redis, where they lead marketing and growth operations. Andy also acts as the Chief of Staff to the CMO. Prior to this role, Andy was the Director of Business & Marketing Operations, where they built a team to ensure efficient and effective marketing performance during the company's hyper-growth. Before Redis, Andy worked at Optimizely as a Sr. Manager in Marketing Operations, supporting business growth and leading operations for a new product line. Andy also held roles at Datameer and Intuit, where they focused on marketing operations and strategy. Andy began their career at Aryaka Networks as a Product Marketing Associate and Marketing Intern.

Andy Varshneya received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, with a minor in Applied Computing and Information Systems, from the University of California, Davis in 2011. Andy also obtained additional certifications in Digital Marketing Analytics from the MIT Executive MBA Program and is a 4x Marketo Certified Expert as well as a Marketo Champion (Global MarTech Thought Leader) from Marketo, an Adobe Company.
