Leroy Tang

Leroy Tang is a Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect at Redis since September 2025, following a tenure as a Solutions Engineer at Couchbase where notable achievements included being named to the President’s Club FY25 and awarded APAC SE of the Year FY25. Prior experience includes a role as Solutions Consultant/Project Manager at IBM, where significant contributions involved standardizing a bank's Trade Finance System across the APAC region and implementing an FX lifecycle management application. Leroy began as an Information Technology Consultant working on Datamart solutions, followed by a position as Software Engineer/Business Analyst with responsibilities in client consultation and solution design. Earlier in career, Leroy worked as a Lighting Specialist at Creator's Solutions Pte Ltd and served in the Singapore Armed Forces, where proficiency in ERDAS Imagine was developed. Educational qualifications include dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from the Technical University of Munich and Singapore Institute of Technology, as well as a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Nanyang Polytechnic.
