Raghav Dhawan

Raghav Dhawan currently serves as a Senior GTM Strategy and Operations Analyst at Redis, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this, Raghav progressed through various roles at MongoDB from March 2023 to August 2025, including Lead - GTM Operations and Senior Associate - GTM Operations. Raghav's earlier experience includes working as an Analyst at IHS Markit, where responsibilities involved validating securities and analyzing deal closings from August 2020 to March 2021. Additionally, Raghav completed summer internships at OYO and Airtel Digital, focusing on vendor management and content curation, respectively. Raghav holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Maharaja Surajmal Institute and completed high school at Delhi Public School, Vasant Kunj.
