Russell Trafford-Jones

Russell Trafford-Jones is an accomplished Communications Manager at Techex since July 2018, focusing on enhancing the company’s role in the technology sector. In addition, Trafford-Jones hosts the Broadcast Focus YouTube channel, engaging with media professionals to discuss technology and relevant industry topics. As Chair of the IET Media Technical Network, responsibility includes fostering connections within the Media Technology field through various educational initiatives. Previous roles include Associate Lecturer in Media Technology at Solent University, Freelance Contributor for TVBEurope, Editor at The Broadcast Knowledge, and Director of Education for the SMPTE, among others. Trafford-Jones holds an MPhys degree in Physics from the University of Warwick.
