Jenisa Pletka's work experience includes a role as Hair Education Lead at Ulta Beauty since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Redken Artist at Redken 5th Avenue N.Y.C. LLC starting in 2018. From 2010 to 2021, they held the position of Brand Education Lead at Ulta Beauty.

From 2008 to 2009, they attended The Salon Professional Academy-Colorado Springs, where they studied Cosmetology, Barber/Styling, and Nail Instructor. Later, from 2020 to 2022, Jenisa enrolled in the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, focusing on Graphic Design, and earned a Certificate in this field.
