Allison Friedrich has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Allison began their career in 2004 as a Phlebotomy Technician I at St. Helena Hospital, where they gained expertise in acquiring blood specimens and ensuring their proper distribution and treatment. In 2010, they transitioned to Dr. Ingrid Trenkle Dermatology, Inc. as a Medical Assistant, providing sensitive care to patients and effectively communicating with the medical team. In 2013, Allison joined Loma Linda University Medical Center as a Behavioral Care Assistant, where they demonstrated meticulous and compassionate supervision of inpatients and facilitated therapeutic group activities. Since 2014, they have been employed at Redlands Community Hospital, starting as a Registered Occupational Therapist and advancing to the roles of Occupational Therapist II and Lead Occupational Therapist II. Their current role involves providing specialized occupational therapy and leadership in the hospital.

Allison Friedrich earned a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from Loma Linda University between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Pacific Union College.
