Pam Allen

Pam Allen is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in emergency services and government affairs. Currently serving as a Government Affairs Representative at Redlands Community Hospital since May 2014, Pam Allen is responsible for navigating healthcare legislation and facilitating a positive environment within the complex policy landscape. Previously held the position of Director of Emergency Services and Observation Unit at Redlands Community Hospital and Manager of the Emergency Department at St. Joseph Hospital. Additionally, Pam Allen served as ED Nursing Supervisor at Palomar Pomerado Health from January 2004 to July 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of San Diego, an Associate of Arts in Registered Nursing from Palomar College, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from UCLA.
