Sameh Naseib

Sameh Naseib, MD, has extensive experience in healthcare leadership and medical practice, currently serving on the Medical Executive Committee and as Chief of Staff at Redlands Community Hospital since January 2010. Naseib’s contributions include chairing several committees focused on quality, credentialing, and bylaws, along with a role as a board member. In addition, Naseib held the position of Sr. Medical Director for inpatient services at Optum following the acquisition of Beaver Medical Group, serving from August 2023 to May 2024. Previous roles include Residency Site Director at the University of California, Riverside and various leadership positions at Beaver Medical Group, including President of the Beaver Medical Clinic Inc. Board and Chief Medical Officer for Hospitalist Services. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from Ain Shams University, multiple certifications from the American Board of Internal Medicine, and a certificate in leadership from the Society of Hospital Medicine.
