Jose Froilan (Froy) Mogato, AScT has a strong background in mechanical engineering and drafting. Jose Froilan (Froy) began their career at Redlen Technologies Inc. in 2023 as a Mechanical Engineering Drafting Technologist. Prior to that, they worked at Acacia Landscape & Design from 2021 to 2022 as a CAD Technician/PM. In this role, they conducted site surveys and inspections, prepared base plans and conceptual plans, and performed quantity take-offs and cost estimates.

Before joining Acacia Landscape & Design, Froy worked at Viking Air Limited for 13 years, from 2007 to 2020, as a Design Engineer. Jose Froilan (Froy)'sresponsibilities included designing and developing aircraft components.

Froy also has experience as a Design/Cost Engineer at EEI Corporation from 1996 to 2002. In this role, they were involved in designing and costing projects.

Jose Froilan (Froy) Mogato earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Western Institute of Technology in the Philippines. Jose Froilan (Froy) also completed a short course on Airframe Stress Analysis and Sizing at UCLA, taught by Professor Micheal Niu, focusing on aeronautics, aviation, and aerospace science and technology. In addition, they obtained the certification of Applied Science Technologist from ASTTBC Technology Professionals in November 2020.
