Dan Cahir

Dan Cahir currently serves as CEO and CIO of Sapling Capital, a private family office focused on investments in stocks, private companies, real estate, and funds since 2018. In addition to this role, Cahir holds board positions at eXp World Holdings, where responsibilities include chairing the Compensation Committee and serving on the Audit Committee, and previously served on the board of Redline Automotive from 2019 to 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Portfolio Manager at Long Light Capital, Board Observer at Quovo, and Associate positions at Ziff Brothers Investments and Madrone Capital. Cahir began their career as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Co. and holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics and PPE from Claremont McKenna College.
