John Carroll

John Carroll has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

From 2021 onwards, they have been working as a Full Stack Developer at Redline. In this role, they have designed and developed Vue.js SPA using various technologies such as ES6, Snowpack, Vue3, Vuex4, VueRouter4. Additionally, they have designed and developed API architecture using Express, Webpack, Serverless, and AWS Lambda Functions.

Prior to that, from 2017 to 2021, John worked as the Director of Data Systems at What Goes Around Comes Around. During their tenure, they supported and drove business growth of approximately 1,300% by building and maintaining workflow management software. This software was utilized across all departments to improve operational efficiency, inventory transparency, and reporting. John also built and managed the Magento E-commerce platform.

Before that, from 2014 to 2017, they were the Owner & Lead Consultant at ISHB: IT Services for Home and Business.

In 2012, John worked at The MandMarblestone Group as an IT Manager. In this role, they designed, developed, and maintained a PHP application for monitoring client billing lifecycle, which identified over $40,000 in missed billings within seven months. John also led IT support for an office of 45+ employees and worked directly with the company founder to drive ideas for operational efficiency through technology solutions. Prior to this role, they also worked in IT Projects at the same company.

John's earlier experiences include working as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in 2011 and as a Desktop Support Specialist at ArkemaPP in 2010.

John Carroll attended Drexel University from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology.
