Garima Gayatri

Garima Gayatri is a seasoned professional in content strategy and communications, currently serving as the Senior Manager - Content, Social & Podcast at Ozonetel Communications since January 2022. In this role, Garima develops content strategies to enhance the company's global presence and leads the Humans of CX podcast, interviewing industry experts to provide valuable insights for CX professionals. Additionally, Garima has an extensive background in various communications and content roles across multiple organizations, including serving as the Director of Communications at Seven Even Consultancy and hosting podcasts for The Story Bar and RedM The Movement. Garima holds a Master of Arts in English Literature from Magadh University and a Bachelor's degree from Delhi University, showcasing a solid academic foundation in communication and storytelling.
