Gleb Shcheglov

Gleb Shcheglov has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment. Gleb worked as the Head of Recruitment at Redmadrobot, where they played a crucial role in creating digital products that are widely used by millions of people. Gleb provided technological transformation support to companies and helped startups shape the future. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at red_mad_robot and as a Senior IT Recruiter at ЛАНИТ. Gleb also has experience as an IT Recruiter at OTR, where they were responsible for talent acquisition and adaptation within the company and for regional clients.
