Pranathi Kandala

Pranathi Kandala is a Senior Business Analyst at RedMane Technology LLC since August 2019, with previous experience as a Business Analyst for the North Carolina State Board of Elections from August 2016 to August 2019, where modernization of the Statewide Election Information Management System was a key focus. Other roles include serving as Lead for the Office of Child Support Enforcement interface and Communications Lead for multiple design and documentation efforts. Prior to this, Pranathi was involved in developing activities for international students at the University of Dayton as the World Associate-Activities Coordinator and led orientation for new international students. Pranathi began a career as a Business Analyst at IBM India Private Limited and holds a Master's Degree in Engineering and Management from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
