Tess Williams FPFS has extensive work experience in the financial planning and wealth management industry. From 2002 to 2008, they worked as a Premier Independent Financial Adviser at First Direct. Following this, they joined Armstrong Watson as a Financial Planning Consultant from 2008 to 2010. Tess then moved to HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management, where they held various roles including Area Manager, Financial Planning, from 2010 to 2012, and Area Premier Manager - Independent Financial Advice, from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, Tess became a Regional Legacy and Investment Specialist until 2017. Tess then joined Brown Shipley as a Client Senior Manager and worked there until 2021. Currently, Tess holds the position of Head of Financial Planning at Redmayne Bentley LLP, starting from November 2021.

Tess Williams FPFS has a diverse education history. In 1989, they completed their A Levels in German, Russian, English Literature, and General Studies at Bradford Girls' Grammar School. Following this, they pursued a BA (hons) degree in Financial Services Management from Edinburgh Napier University, graduating in 2009. In 2009, Tess became an FCII Chartered Financial Planner after attending the Chartered Insurance Institute for two years. In 2016, they briefly attended the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and became an affiliate member of STEP.
