Dallan Wortham

Dallan Wortham is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in leadership, marketing, and aviation. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of Charter Connect since November 2021, Dallan focuses on increasing enrollment for charter schools. In addition, Dallan has been a Digital Marketing Manager at Redmond since February 2022, and previously held roles including First Officer at SkyWest Airlines, where the responsibility involved flying CRJ aircraft safely. Dallan has extensive experience in digital marketing from positions at DentalQore, where management of the marketing team was a primary focus, and Sebo Marketing, known for expertise in SEO and PPC. Earlier career milestones include founding Beaver Studios and working as a Project Manager at Weapon Agency, along with teaching Spanish at the Missionary Training Center. Dallan holds a Bachelor of Communications in Advertising from Brigham Young University.
