Erika Glenn

Erika Glenn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare management and IT, currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Redox since April 2024. Prior to this role, Erika contributed to CVS Health for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included Vice President & General Manager of PBM Care Management and Division Head of Care Management Sales & Accounts, driving personalized care delivery and overseeing a team of 70. Erika’s earlier career at Novant Health encompassed directing revenue cycle management and leading significant IT projects, while also gaining foundational technical skills at Time Warner Cable. Erika holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies from Winston-Salem State University and an Associate of Applied Science in Information Systems from Guilford Technical Community College. Additionally, Erika volunteered as Chair of Circle of Red for 'Go Red For Women' with the American Heart Association, leading strategic planning and fundraising efforts.
