Mike Traeger has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Mike currently works as the Consulting Services Leader at Redpath and Company, where they provide proactive and innovative certified public accounting services to various organizations. Mike also worked as the Managing Director/Business Development Director at Resources Global Professionals, where they led the Minneapolis Practice and was responsible for new business development and client service. Before that, they held the position of Director of Business Development at The Hudson Highland Group, providing consulting services for Fortune 500 companies. Mike was also the Business Development Manager at Jefferson Wells, delivering professional services in internal audit, technology risk management, tax, and finance. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Territory Manager at Grainger and a Business Development Manager at Parson Group. Mike started their career at Transamerica Distribution Finance, where they served as a Business Development Manager and Regional Field Services Manager, providing specialized financing to manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.

Mike Traeger completed their high school education at Hibbing High School from 1980 to 1984. Mike then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Finance at the University of Minnesota Duluth from 1984 to 1988.
