Adam D. Taylor

Adam D. Taylor, Esq. serves as General Counsel at Redpoint Global Inc. since January 2020, previously holding the same title at Pentaho Corporation from November 2012 to January 2018, where significant revenue growth was achieved. With extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal services to technology and software companies, Adam specializes in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, various agreements related to software licensing and SaaS, and corporate governance. Prior legal roles include Vice President - Associate General Counsel at Investment Technology Group, Inc., General Counsel at The MacGregor Group, and Contracts Counsel at Progress Software Corporation. Adam holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Massachusetts School of Law and a BA in Liberal Arts from UMass Boston and has a mediation certificate from The Community Dispute Settlement Center.
