Bassam Chami is an experienced business development leader with a solid background in omnichannel customer experience across multiple regions, particularly in EMEA. Currently serving as the Global Director of Business Development at Redpoint Global Inc., Bassam has held various roles including Head of Business Development EMEA and Omnichannel CX Executive for the same company.
