Windi Julias

Windi Julias is the Executive Director of Customer Success at RedPoint Global. Windi has over 25 years of experience in business development and project management.

Windi began their career as an Administrative Assistant in the Marketing department of Nycomed Imaging AS. Windi then moved to Susan Arons Associates, Inc., where they worked as a Publicity & Production Coordinator. In 1997, they joined Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) as their Associate Director of Communications & Marketing.

In 2004, they left PBS to join NRECA as their Project Manager. Windi then spent six years as the Director of Business Development for Markit Digital, before joining RedPoint Global in 2016.

Windi Julias has an MBA in Business from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from The New School, and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Berg Videregående Skole. Windi also has certifications from the Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and from the Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional.
