The leadership team at Redpoint Positioning has a history of working at various companies including Independent Consulting, Teknoset, Mitsubishi Electric Research Labs, ATSI, Technicolor, Amazon, Nortel, and Dalian Hi-think Computer. They also have a variety of educational backgrounds including System analysis and Design of CAD systems from the National Aerospace University -'Kharkiv Aviation Institute'​ and Computer Science from Dalian University of Technology.
