Eng. IGA Dan is currently a Member of the UIPE Constitutional Review Committee at the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers. Previously, Eng. IGA worked as a UIPE Trainer at RedR UK, a Manager and Contract Manager at Uganda National Roads Authority, and Managing Director at Strata Construct Ltd. Eng. IGA has a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Makerere University. Additionally, Eng. IGA holds certificates in Project Management, Feasibility Study for Highway Engineers, and Construction Safety and Health Management.
