Jodie Stetz has extensive work experience in human resources, having held various roles in different companies. Jodie started their career at Crayola, where they worked as a Staffing Specialist, responsible for recruiting and hiring personnel for different departments. In 2002, they joined Red Robin - Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group and has since held positions such as Vice President of Human Resources and Sr. Director of Human Resources. In their current role, they lead all HR functions for over 2200 team members across 21 Red Robin Restaurants, as well as a sister company. Their responsibilities include recruitment, training, team building, employee relations, performance management, benefits analysis, labor laws, lawsuits, unemployment, and workers compensation. Jodie also manages a dedicated team and is accountable for budgeting and retention strategies.

Jodie Stetz, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CTA has a diverse education history. They obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, they graduated from Parkland High School in 1994.

In recent years, Jodie has furthered their education in Human Resources with a focus on becoming a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). They attended Wharton Executive Education from 2022 to 2023, where they earned a CHRO certificate specializing in Human Resources.
