Tracey Ulianna has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as a Manager at Red Robin - Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group since August 2021. Prior to this role, Tracey held the position of Restaurant General Manager at H & J Restaurant Management from July 2018 to August 2021. Tracey's career in the food service sector began at P&D Hamburgers, McDonald's Restaurant, where they worked from October 1991 to July 2018 as a Restaurant Manager. Tracey completed a High School Diploma with a focus on College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program at William Allen High School between 1983 and 1987.
