Justin Miller

Justin Miller has worked in the IT and security industry for the past six years. Justin began their career in 2013 as a Security Officer at Gun Lake Casino, where they were responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members and company assets, while providing the highest level of customer service. In 2015, they joined RedRock Information Security LLC as a Network Engineer and was later promoted to SR. Network Engineer. Also in 2015, they joined Peckham, Inc. as an Enterprise Help Desk Technician, where they routinely exceeded call-handling goals, closing an average of 30 calls daily with a 75% first-call resolution ratio and an average talk-time of 5.5 minutes. Justin also had a ticketing time of an average of 1:30 minutes.

Justin Miller obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Grand Valley State University between 2010 and 2012. In 2015, they obtained Network+ and Security+ certifications from CompTIA. Justin is also a Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 4: Certified Professional.
