Caroline Hattemer is a seasoned professional in client experience and sales management, currently serving as the Director of Client Experience at RedRover Sales & Marketing Strategy since July 2021, where responsibilities include leading client service strategies and increasing customer retention. Prior experience includes roles such as National Strategic Sales Manager at RedRover, Market Leader for the Dallas Region at Vitamin T, and owner and VP of Sales & Marketing at Mrs. Gridiron, a meal delivery and catering business. With a notable history at Valassis Communications, where significant revenue growth was achieved, Caroline also held earlier positions at DFW Sports Weekly, Omnicom, WFAA Media, and Gap Inc. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Louisiana State University and studied General Studies at Rollins College.
