Richard Kinninger

Richard Kinninger has over 29 years of work experience. Richard began their career in 1991 as an Operations Manager / C I Manager at Danone. In 2008, they moved to Paramount Citrus as a Plant Manager. In 2012, they became a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager at Graham Packaging. Richard then became a Plant Manager at Meijer in 2014. In 2017, they moved to Borden as a Director of Supply Chain. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Red's All Natural as a Director of Operations.

Richard Kinninger obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bluffton University. In 2002, they also obtained a Six Sigma Blackbelt certification from Invensys APV Systems.
