Frances Nahas

Chief Strategy Officer at RedSail Technologies

Frances Nahas has a diverse and extensive work experience in strategic planning and consulting roles. Frances started their career as a Senior Consultant at CGI-AMS, where they led implementation and support teams on financial system projects for federal government clients. Frances also worked on business development within the US and Canadian Federal Governments.

Frances then joined Bain & Company as a Consultant, where they managed the development, analysis, and communication of strategic recommendations for various clients across industries such as fine arts, retail, financial services, telecom, and oilfield services. Frances also led cross-functional teams in the implementation of strategic initiatives.

After their role as a Consultant, Frances served as a Summer Associate at Bain & Company. Frances later moved on to McKesson, where they held positions as Manager of Corporate Strategy & Business Development and VP of Strategic Initiatives for McKesson Automation. In these roles, they partnered with business unit leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives in the healthcare industry.

Frances then joined Aesynt as the VP of Strategic Initiatives and later became the SVP of Corporate Strategy. Frances led ongoing strategy development, M&A targeting and diligence, and the refresh of the company's brand. Frances also played a key role in the sale of the company to Omnicell and supported the initial integration of the company following the acquisition.

Prior to their current role, Frances served as the Chief Strategy Officer at CONNECTURE, where they were responsible for corporate strategy, portfolio planning, partnerships, and M&A targeting and diligence. Frances successfully oversaw the sale of the Commercial business unit to BenefitFocus and the sale of the Medicare business unit to Harris Computers.

Frances is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at RedSail Technologies, LLC, where they lead the company's strategic initiatives.

Throughout their career, Frances has demonstrated expertise in growth strategy, turnaround strategy, product management, corporate marketing, organizational design, and M&A diligence and integration. Frances specializes in providing strategy solutions for healthcare technology companies.

Frances Nahas has an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Additionally, they hold a BA in Government and International Studies from the University of Notre Dame.
