Tim Swango

Tim Swango is an experienced executive with a robust background in human resources and operations management spanning over three decades. As the Chief People Officer at RedSail Technologies since April 2025, Tim leads strategic initiatives in human resources. Previously, Tim served as Chief Administrative Officer at Sandvine (now AppLogic Networks), overseeing HR, corporate real estate, compliance, and IT functions. Tim's earlier roles include Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at CorroHealth, where oversight of operational structures propelled the company’s growth, and positions at Riverstone Residential Group, Swango Interests, Trammell Crow, American Airlines, and NBC Bank. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Texas Tech University.
