Frank Gentile has held various roles in different companies since 2001. Frank began their career as a Client Service Representative at Atomic Motors, where they negotiated optimal prices and purchasing of automotive parts from vendors, processed and managed parts inventory to create cost efficiencies, and supported managing phone calls and organized customer invoices and records. In 2007, they became an Investment Property Owner and Property Manager, where they purchased and remodeled residential properties, oversaw and managed renovations and improvements, and researched and complied with all local building codes and regulations. In 2011, they joined Follett Higher Education as the Director of Academic Programs, and expanded the team to 15 members who oversaw product management/development, customer onboarding, internal and external technical support, centralized compliance teams, and co-ownership of sales strategy. Frank was then promoted to Vice President, Digital Operations & Customer Success in 2018, leading the continued expansion of the Academic Programs team which consists of 36 remote and onsite team members. In 2016, they joined The Family Business Network: NexGen Committee as a Committee Member. In 2023, they joined RedShelf as the Vice President of Business Development & Customer Success.

Frank Gentile obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies & Intercultural Communication from Elmhurst University in 2009. Prior to that, they attended Montini Catholic High School from 2001-2005. In 2014, they returned to Elmhurst University and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2018, Frank obtained a Fellowship Certification from the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and a Board Professional Certification from the same institution.
