Gennady Nurik

Gennady Nurik is an experienced technology leader, currently serving as the CTO at RedShelf since January 2024. Prior to this role, Gennady held the position of Senior Vice President of Engineering at TeamSnap from September 2022 to November 2023 and was the VP of Engineering at Oracle from April 2016 to August 2022, overseeing multiple engineering teams and responsible for over 100 engineers globally. Gennady also served as Sr. Director of Engineering at AddThis, where responsibilities included designing new systems and growing engineering teams. Earlier in the career, Gennady was Director of Solutions Architecture and Sales Engineering at Parature, leading technical initiatives and major integrations, and contributed as a Senior Developer and Team Lead, developing the original CRM product. Gennady began the professional journey as a Developer at DoubleClick, Inc. Gennady graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Computer Science in 2001.
