Laura Crook

Laura Crook has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2009 when they were a Writing Tutor at Columbia College. In 2012, they worked as a Copywriter for Field Trip Factory. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Resource Specialist at ComPsych. Laura then transitioned to the education field, working as a Resident Teacher at AUSL (Academy for Urban School Leadership) from 2015 to 2016, followed by an English Teacher role at Chicago Math and Science Academy from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, they became a Reading Teacher at Chicago Public Schools. In 2020, they held a Success Manager role at Screencastify and a Receptionist role at Hireology. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at RedShelf.

Laura Crook earned a Master of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from National Louis University between 2015 and 2016. Laura received a Bachelor of Arts in Television Writing/Production from Columbia College Chicago between 2007 and 2011. Additionally, they obtained a Customer Success Professional Certification from Sales Assembly in October 2021.
