Marshall Estes

Marshall Estes has held a variety of positions throughout their career. Marshall began as a Barista at Starbucks in 2014, and then moved to Dish Network as an On-The-Job-Trainer in 2010. In this role, they trained new customer service representatives and managed issue escalation to ensure proper resolution. Marshall then moved to Groupon in 2014 as a Workforce Manager, where they analyzed current email queues and historic call volumes and generated and optimized schedules. Most recently, in 2020, they began working as an Account Manager at RedShelf.

Marshall Estes obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Fashion Merchandising from Pittsburg State University between 2005 and 2009.
