Matt Hillman

Chief Customer Officer at RedShelf

Matt Hillman has held a variety of roles in the past, beginning in 1998 when they were an Assistant Director of Student Activities at Franklin and Marshall College. Matt then moved on to become an Enrollment Advisor for both UMUC OnLine, Inc. and Laureate Online Education in 2001 and 2002 respectively. In 2003, Matt Hillman joined Wiley Education Services, where they held various roles from Program Manager to President. In 2019, they joined The Colebrookdale Railroad as a Board Member and Hillman Consulting LLC as a Strategic Advisor. In 2020, Matt Hillman became the Executive Vice President of Zovio and in 2022 they were appointed Chief Customer Officer of RedShelf.

Matt Hillman attended Albright College from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Philosophy and Political Science. In 2016, they completed a Finance for Non-Financial Managers program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education.
