Nicholas Welker has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Nicholas began their career as a Field Manager for Fund for the Public Interest, followed by a Junior Supervisor role at REALGOOD STUFF Co. In 2019, they joined Uber as a Community Support Representative, where they were a Center of Excellence Specialist, a member of the Recognition Team, and an SME (Subject Matter Expert). Nicholas also provided training to new employees and handled concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2020, Welker moved to Figo Pet Insurance, where they held the roles of Customer Experience Supervisor, Team Lead, and Customer Experience Associate. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at RedShelf.
Nicholas Welker attended Lincoln Park High School from 2009 to 2013. Nicholas then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters from DePaul University between 2013 and 2017. In November 2020, they obtained a certification as an Insurance Agent, Property & Casualty from Pearson VUE.
