Richard J. Parker has a long and varied career in the legal field. Richard J. began their legal career in 1997 as a Senior Associate at Latham & Watkins, representing issuers and underwriters in public equity and debt offerings. In 2004, they moved to Laidlaw International, Inc., a $4 billion NYSE Transportation Company, as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. In 2007, they joined Wolters Kluwer, a $5 billion publicly traded information services and software company, as Deputy General Counsel and Director of Legal Operations. In 2013, they became Vice President, Legal at Wolters Kluwer Health, where they were a member of the Divisional Executive Team and a senior legal, commercial and strategic advisor to the company and its portfolio of software and information services businesses. In 2015, they moved to Raise.com as General Counsel, becoming a member of the executive leadership team and managing all legal, compliance and regulatory affairs of the company. Richard J. currently serves as General Counsel at RedShelf.

Richard J. Parker attended The University of Kansas from 1989 to 1993, graduating with a BA in Political Science & History. Richard J. then attended Institut Des Hautes Etudes Europeenes from 1993 to 1994, earning a Certificat D'Etude Europeenes in EU Studies (Econ & Political Science). Finally, they attended Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law from 1994 to 1997, graduating with a JD in Law.
