Vito Cristino Jr. has worked in a variety of customer service roles since 2013. Vito began their career as a Call Center Representative at bswift in 2013, where they successfully supported key clients during the highest volume Open Enrollment in company history. In 2014, they moved to Moneris Solutions as an Inside Sales Lead Generator, actively soliciting new business by identifying and cold calling 100-120 Dental Practices per day. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Client Advocate at Relias, an education provider for the medical field working with hospitals and health systems on continuing education (CE) programs. In this role, they were responsible for account management duties and key launch activities for 100+ clients. In 2021, they began their current role as a Customer Success Manager at RedShelf.
Vito Cristino Jr. obtained a Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2010, with a major in General Business and Entrepreneurship. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's in Arts from Elgin Community College in 2008, with a major in Business. In addition to their formal education, Vito has obtained numerous certifications from Traliant, LinkedIn and other institutions, ranging from Preventing Discrimination & Harassment to Strategic Thinking, between the months of February and October 2021.
