Front-End Developer at Redshift Technologies

Emily Schemerhorn is a front-end developer at Redshift Technologies. Before that, they worked as a technology analyst at Accenture, where they tested and improved software functionality by constructing test cases, utilizing SQL to mine data, and coordinating results between developers. Emily also attended a two-week training program focused on AGILE Development, Design Thinking, DevOps, and technical case studies.

Prior to working at Accenture, Emily was an undergraduate research assistant at Cornell University Social Media Lab, where they assisted graduate students with Social Media Lab projects including Social Media for Education and Technology and Relationships. Emily also created and tested content to teach 8-12 year olds social media safety and literacy.

Emily's first internship was with Colgate-Palmolive, where they worked as an application and software development intern.

Emily Schemerhorn completed their high school diploma at Auburn High School. Emily then went on to study at Cornell University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Information Science, Systems & Technology.
