Mike Cardwell

Mike Cardwell has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and companies. Mike is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Red Sift since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Hardenize as a Developer from January 2018 to October 2022.

Before joining Hardenize, Mike worked at Centiq Ltd. as a Developer from September 2015 to January 2018, where they were involved in software and infrastructure development, utilizing technologies such as Javascript, NodeJS, Meteor, AWS, Terraform, Ansible, Mongo, Redis, and MySQL.

In 2009, Mike co-founded Cardwell IT Ltd. and served as a Co-Founder until December 2017. From December 2012 to September 2015, they worked at Daily.co.uk as a Senior Developer / System Administrator, responsible for software development, system administration, and on-call duties.

Earlier in their career, Mike worked as an IT Services Specialist at Loughborough University from November 2006 to December 2012. Mike also held the position of Hosting Operational Support Systems Architect at Pipex Communications from March 2001 to November 2006.

Overall, Mike Cardwell has demonstrated expertise in software development, system administration, infrastructure development, and various technologies throughout their career.

Mike Cardwell attended the University of Leicester from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a BSC in Computer Science.
