Ian Senne is currently the Director of Support Services at RedSky Technologies. Prior to their current position, they held various positions at Hewlett-Packard, Autonomy, and SGS International Inc. Ian has also worked as a Front Office Assistant at the Arctic Ice Arena.
Ian Senne began their career in customer service and support. Ian then transitioned into management where they oversaw different teams associated with a given product to produce better supportability and efficiency. After a few years in management, Ian Senne took on the role of Customer Relationship Manager where they were the interaction point between support and the critical account/case. Ian has also worked as a Sizing and Licensing specialist for different products.
In their most recent position as the Director of Support Services at RedSky Technologies, Ian Senne is responsible for overseeing the company's support services team. Ian works closely with the team to ensure that customers are satisfied with the product and that any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Ian Senne has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Technology from Illinois State University.
Ian Senne reports to Ankit Karamchandani, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Ryan Olsen - Director of Systems Engineering & Application Support, Mike Koepke - Director of Engineering, and Chris Turner - Director of Sales, North America.
