Karina Provost

Karina Provost currently serves as a Coordinator in Ticket Services for the Boston Red Sox, having started in May 2022, and previously held roles including Ticket Services Associate and Ticket Services Representative. Responsibilities include managing inbound ticket requests, utilizing CRM software for customer service tracking, and assisting patrons with the MLB Ballpark app. Prior experience includes working as a Data Processor at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where grant data management was a key focus, and serving as a Corps Member for Jumpstart, promoting early childhood education. Karina holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
