Hicham Laasri

Hicham Laasri is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and technical architecture. Currently serving as CTO and CIO of Redspher since June 2020, Hicham has significantly enhanced the company's digital capabilities by integrating artificial intelligence to improve responsiveness. As the CEO of KLH COMPETENCE since April 2008, Hicham has overseen numerous development projects, including the creation of an ERP for India Mahdavi in 2017 and the launch of a private sales website for equestrian products in 2016. Previously, Hicham held the position of CTO at Upela.com from June 2016 to June 2020, where there was a focus on optimizing a platform using Node.js, PHP, MySQL, and AWS. Hicham began a career in metrology as an engineer at Werth France from 2005 to 2008. Recently, Hicham completed a program on Artificial Intelligence and its business implications at MIT Sloan School of Management in 2023.
